Personal Data Processing Policy
Basic concepts used in the Policy
Automated processing of personal data is the processing of personal
data using computer technology;
Blocking of personal data is the temporary cessation of processing of
personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify
personal data);
Website is a set of graphic and information materials, as well as
computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the

Personal data information system is a set of personal data contained in
databases, and information
technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
Image of the subject of personal data - an image of a citizen

actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording,
systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval,
use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization,
blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
Operator – a government agency, municipal agency, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons, organizing and (or)
carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing
personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions
(operations) performed with personal data;
Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to
a specific or determinable User of the website https://africacallingforum.com/;
User – any visitor who has registered on the website
https://africacallingforum.com/;
Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing
personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;
Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at
disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal
data) or familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including
disclosing personal data in the media, posting
in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to
personal data in any other way;
Personal data subject - an individual who is directly or indirectly
defined, or determinable using personal data.
Cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data
to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government body,
foreign individual or foreign legal entity;
Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which
personal data are destroyed irrevocably with the impossibility of further
restoring the content of personal data in the information system
of personal data and (or) as a result of which the tangible media
of personal data are destroyed.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. No. 152-FZ "On personal data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of AFRICA CALLING LLC, INN - 9725151116 / OGRN 1247700134340 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.2. Applies to all personal data that AFRICA CALLING LLC may receive: from a person representing a party to a civil law contract with the Operator; from a potential client (or a person representing a potential client) requesting information from the Operator for the purpose of discussing cooperation issues; from a person wishing to receive information on the Operator's website; from a person wishing to participate in the Operator's marketing activities.
1.3. The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.4. This Operator policy regarding the processing of personal data
(hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator and/or

2. Processing of the User's personal data
2.1. The Operator collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary to provide and improve the quality of the services provided (fulfillment of agreements between Users of the website).

Such information is processed by the services of payment integrators, and AFRICA CALLING LLC does not have access to them.
2.5. Technical information automatically collected by the software of AFRICA CALLING LLC during the
User's visit includes:
IP address;
information from cookies;
information about the browser;
information about the type of device (mobile or PC); access time;
the procedure and results of using the Services.
2.6. The above data are hereinafter referred to as the general term Personal data.
3. Purposes of personal data processing
3.1. By continuing to use the website, the User consents to the Operator processing their personal data (performing any actions with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (including cross-border), blocking, deletion, destruction) in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the personal data specified in this consent, information about the User, received from Communication Operators (if the User gives consent for the Operator to receive information from Communication Operators) are provided for the purposes of:

3.11. Anonymized data of Users, collected using Internet statistics services, are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
4. Legal grounds for processing personal data
4.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if the User fills it in and/or sends it independently through special forms located on the website https://africacallingforum.com/

5.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.
5.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of contracts concluded with the user, with his consent and in cases provided for by current legislation.
5.4. In the event of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by using the personal data editing function in the personal account.
5.5. The personal data processing period is 10 years from the date of their
provision. The User may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notification by
e-mail to africacalling@houseofafrica.ru with the subject line "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data".
5.6. The date of issue of consent to the processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data is the date of sending the registration web form from the website https://africacallingforum.com/ or subdomains.
5.7. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical
measures or ensures their adoption to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal

5.8. The operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person with the consent of the personal data subject, on the basis of an agreement concluded with this person. The person processing personal data on behalf of the operator is obliged to comply with the principles and rules for processing personal data in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data"
5.9. The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party or a beneficiary, as well as for concluding an agreement at the initiative of the personal data subject or an agreement under which the personal data subject will be a beneficiary;
6. Cross-border transfer of personal data
6.1. Before commencing the cross-border transfer of personal
data, the operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is supposed to be transferred ensures reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
6.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only in the event of the written consent of the subject of personal data to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the execution of an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party.

7.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced with a new version.

7.4. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes to the Policy, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Company's website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
